It all started when three experienced practitioners, each shaped by years of working within large healthcare corporations, realized they shared the same vision: to create a place where patients come first. Driven by a commitment to truly personalized, one-on-one care, they founded DHM Wellness Group – a clinic built on the belief that meaningful, attentive, high-quality care should never be overshadowed by corporate priorities.

Mary Katherine is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in both acute and chronic care settings. With a strong clinical foundation and a passion for whole-patient healing, she specializes in integrating traditional medical treatments with holistic approaches to support optimal outcomes in wound care and lymphedema management. Dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented, Mary Katherine strives to empower patients through personalized care that promotes long-term wellness and improved quality of life.
Dr. Daniyele L. Feaster,
DNP, MSN-Ed, AGPCNP-BC, CWCN-AP, CCCN-AP, CFCN, CLT

Dr. Feaster is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 27 years of experience in clinical practice, education, patient advocacy, and executive leadership. Specializing in wound care and lymphedema management, she is known for blending advanced clinical expertise with a heartfelt commitment to helping patients regain comfort, confidence, and control over their health.
Driven by a passion for education and wellness, Dr. Feaster empowers individuals through clear communication, hands-on guidance, and genuine connection. As an educator, she inspires future clinicians to lead with knowledge, empathy, and purpose—believing that true healing begins with understanding and trust. Throughout her career, Dr. Feaster has remained focused on promoting wellness, uplifting others, improving outcomes, and creating spaces where healing and learning can thrive. Hilary Rzadca,
OTR/L, CLT
Co-Founder
Hilary brings over a decade of acute and chronic clinical experience in Occupational Therapy with advanced expertise in the evaluation and management of lymphedema. Grounded in a whole-body philosophy, she integrates clinical knowledge with attentive, individualized care. Hilary is committed to delivering thoughtful, compassionate, one-on-one treatment, believing that the most effective outcomes arise when therapy is truly patient-centered.
DHM Wellness Policies
- A $75 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking. The deposit will be used towards your scheduled service.
- Same day appointments are welcomed during business hours, however, please call to check for availability.
- If an appointment needs to be cancelled, please do so within 2 hours of appointment time. A refund will not be granted without notification at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Arrivals 15 minutes after appointment time will be cancelled. A refund will not be granted for late/cancelled appointments.
- Cash, Credit, debit, FSA, and HSA card payment methods are accepted. Please note, most FSA and HSA accounts are accepted. If a payment is declined by HSA/FSA, it is related to that bank. Checks are not accepted.
- Mobile service is available for IV drip services ONLY. Injections can be added, but will not be offered as sole service. The service(s) require a minimum duration of 30 minutes to qualify for mobile service. There is a mobile convenience fee: $85 for up to 2 persons. An additional $25 fee for additional persons. The mobile service area includes City of Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Columbia, Forest Acres, Elgin, Blythewood and surrounding areas.
Mobile appointments must be made via telephone or text. Once an appointment is booked, an invoice will be sent including all services and the mobile fee. The invoice MUST be paid prior to appointment time. Without exception.
If there is an active inclement weather alert in the area, mobile appointments will not be available, and a refund will be granted.
Please notify DHM Wellness prior to your scheduled appointment if you are not feeling well due to a viral illness, have a fever greater than 100.4F, and/or actively vomiting, or schedule a mobile appointment.
Some IV treatments may require pretreatment lab work. Please inquire if indicated.
Prices on all services are subject to change without notice.
Refund/Return Policy
No refunds are offered on services that have been rendered, All deposits are non-refundable, with the exception of inclement weather.
For the safety of our clients we do not accept returns on opened or unopened products that leave our clinic.
Memberships
All memberships require an automatic draft or upfront payment and requires a 3- month commitment. Services must redeemed each month and DO NOT roll-over.
If you miss a week or month, you forfeit that service for that time.
